1. Story Time: From One Video to 100,000+ Subscribers
A small package showed up at my door this week.
Inside? A Silver Play Button from YouTube—a milestone for hitting 100,000 subscribers.
Honestly, when I started posting videos, I wasn’t thinking about building a big audience.
I had no fancy setup. No big plan. Just me, a camera, and a goal to help people move better and feel better.
One video turned into another. Then another.
Slowly, people started watching.
I started getting comments from people telling me how a simple routine helped their back feel better.
How a quick stretch became part of their daily habit.
How small movements led to big changes.
Now, here we are at 100,000 subscribers, and I just want to say THANK YOU.
To celebrate, I want to highlight some of the most popular videos on my channel!
